I also submit planning applications for those requiring planning permission for alterations to a property, to include : extensions, change of use, demolitions, tree preservation orders, listed building consents and conservation area issues.
My fee is a set fee which includes all plans/scaled drawings for an application, submitting the application itself, all negotiations with the relevant local authority and any appeals.
A nominal fee is requested should amended plans be required.
No fees are charged for advice.
